GDPR-native design — Privacy Center, full data export and in-app account deletion.
Privacy in Family Harbor is a first-class feature, not a footer. The short version: no ads, no data selling, no dark patterns — and you stay in control.
The Privacy Center
Open Settings → Privacy Center in the app. From there you can:
- See what data exists about you and your family.
- Request a full data export in a machine-readable format.
- Delete your account directly in-app — no e-mail required.
Your GDPR rights
We honor the full set: access, rectification, export, restriction and deletion. Most of them are self-service in the Privacy Center; for anything else write to privacy@papolo.sk — answers within 30 days.
What happens to shared family data
Family Harbor is a shared organizer, so most content (calendar events, tasks, shopping items, chat messages) belongs to the family, not to a single member:
- Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data.
- Content you created for the shared family (an event, a task) may remain for the family so their plan stays intact — the account deletion page describes this precisely.
